    STL CRAZY 1 month ago 1/4 of cup rice are 150 cal and 1/4 cup of lentil are 100 cal. How is of 1 cup of lentil and rice with the zucchini and chicken breast add out to 550 cal if 1/4 of rice and lentil are 100, 150 cal? False info Jeremy.

    7peso 3 months ago How do you spread your meals and what do you eat if you fast and only eat from 12-20:00? If i skip workout then sometimes i feel eating once is enough, but the question is can that still promote muscle growth?
